Turner's Yard follows Andrew's favourite theme of modelling industrial sidings.
This time, the layout is modelled in 00, set in the transition era between the start of BR, and the end of steam traction. Local factories, warehouses, and a coal depot are all still served by rail, and a variety of locomotives are in action. J94s, 0-4-0 'Pugs' and early deisel shunters are all to be seen from time to time.
Turner's Yard had its debut exhibition at the Tanfield Railway 'Legends of Steam' open weekend in September 2012
